Are you familiar with Divergent movie series, starring Shailene Woodley, Theo James, and Kate Winslet? It’s a coming-of-age, futuristic 3-part story based on a book series written by Veronica Roth. 

The premise of the plot is that the survivors of society need to be quarantined within a city, against the outside world. Everyone is organized into 5 groups, called factions, to promote unity and peace. These factions are generalized according to behavior, social, and psychological tendencies. Everyone considered helpful to this society seamlessly fits into one of these 5 factions. People who do not fit are considered outcasts.

Tris, the heroine, and object of my motivational analysis, takes a non-conclusive aptitude test, meaning she cannot fit into one of the 5 factions. Instead of becoming an outcast, Tris chooses to enter the most difficult of the 5 factions!
